TERMS OF DELIVERY

MaKa-vaappu, business ID: 2620437-8, address: Karjalantie 22 18600 Myllyoja; sells products to companies and adults in the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products from our online store and similar deliveries.

These terms of delivery are valid from 01.06.2025. We may unilaterally change the terms of delivery from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our terms of delivery in advance each time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices in question in the shopping cart before accepting the order. Shipping costs

The shipping costs that may be charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the shipping costs (if any) charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Ordering and contract

You can order products on our online store's website by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current delivery terms and conditions. You understand that your order, which you accept and confirm, is binding and creates an agreement between us with these delivery terms, except for what is mentioned later on the right of cancellation.

You can pay for your order with the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place an order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.

If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, which you select when placing your order.

Right of cancellation and return conditions

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, in the case of regular delivery of goods, after receiving the first batch of goods.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example, using our cancellation form, to our email below or by sending a written notice with the returned goods.

The right of cancellation only applies to and, accordingly, the returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return.

If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been made to our Return Address mentioned below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the specified period, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the costs of the return. These costs will not be refunded to the returner.

When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact information as well as your account number for the refund of the money.

Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Shipment inspection, errors and problems

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days, and we will agree on how to correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.

Limitation of Liability

MaKa-vaappu is not liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise in respect of the damage in question.

Disputes

We will endeavour to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service in the first instance to reach an agreement matter.

If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service of the local authorities (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.
